We offer a 7-day return policy for all Keychron products provided they are in their original packaging and condition. Please note that certain items, such as customized keyboards or final sale accessories, may be subject to specific return restrictions.
Submit a Request
Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product's condition.
Receive Authorization
Once reviewed, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the item in its original box with all accessories and mail it back to us using a trackable shipping service.
Inspection and Refund
After we receive and inspect your returned keyboard, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
